Farmer Registration Guide

Welcome to GAON NASP! Follow this step-by-step guide to register as a farmer and unlock all the benefits of our platform.

Step 1: Visit Your Nearest VLE Center

Locate your nearest GAON NASP VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) center. Your VLE will guide you through the registration process and help you with documentation.

Step 2: Required Documents

Please bring the following documents for registration:

  • Aadhaar Card (mandatory for identity verification)
  • Bank Passbook or Cancelled Cheque (for payment processing)
  • Land Records / Khasra-Khatauni (for land verification)
  • Passport-size Photograph (2 copies)
  • Mobile Phone with active number (for OTP verification and notifications)

Step 3: Registration Process

  1. Your VLE will create your farmer profile on the GAON NASP platform
  2. Your personal details, land information, and bank details will be recorded
  3. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification
  4. Your photo and documents will be uploaded for KYC verification
  5. You will receive a unique Farmer ID number

Step 4: KYC Verification

Your registration will be reviewed and approved by the GAON NASP team, typically within 24-48 hours. You will receive an SMS notification once your account is active.

Step 5: Start Using GAON NASP

Once approved, you can:

  • Buy Inputs: Order seeds, fertilizers, and equipment at competitive prices
  • Sell Produce: List your crops on the marketplace or sell through VLE procurement
  • Book Services: Access soil testing, veterinary services, and crop advisory
  • Participate in Auctions: Get the best price for your produce through competitive bidding
  • Track Finances: View your transactions, wallet balance, and payment history
