Payment Policy
Effective Date: 1st January 2025
1. Accepted Payment Methods
GAON NASP accepts the following payment methods:
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
- Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks
- GAON NASP Wallet: Prepaid wallet for quick checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders under ₹10,000
2. Payment Security
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. GAON NASP does not store your card details or banking credentials on our servers.
3. Cash on Delivery
COD is available for orders:
- Below ₹10,000 total value
- Within our COD-serviceable areas
- For accounts with good payment history
An additional COD handling charge may apply as displayed at checkout.
4. Payment Failure
If your online payment fails:
- No amount will be deducted from your account
- If debited but order not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days
- You may retry the payment or choose a different method
- Contact support@gaonnasp.in if the issue persists
5. GAON NASP Wallet
- Wallet can be topped up via UPI, cards, or net banking
- Refunds are credited to wallet for faster processing
- Wallet balance can be withdrawn to your linked bank account (subject to KYC verification)
- Wallet balance does not earn interest
- Maximum wallet balance: ₹1,00,000
6. Farmer Payments
Payments to farmers for procurement and marketplace sales are processed within 3-5 business days to their registered bank account or GAON NASP wallet, as per their preference.
7. Commission and Fees
VLE commissions are calculated as per the prevailing rate schedule and are credited to the VLE's commission ledger. Payouts are processed on request or as per the scheduled cycle.
8. Invoicing
GST-compliant invoices are generated for all transactions and can be downloaded from the order details page.
