Return & Refund Policy

At GAON NASP, we strive to ensure quality products reach our customers. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The return window begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by our delivery system.

2. Eligible Items for Return

  • Agricultural equipment and tools (unused, in original packaging)
  • Seeds and fertilizers (unopened, sealed packaging intact)
  • Products received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Products significantly different from the description

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides once the packaging is opened
  • Perishable farm produce (fruits, vegetables, grains after delivery acceptance)
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased via auction (final sale)
  • Digital services once rendered

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your GAON NASP account
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the reason
  4. Upload photos showing the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
  5. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours

5. Refund Process

  • Online Payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • COD Orders: Refund will be credited to your GAON NASP wallet within 3-5 business days
  • Wallet Payments: Refund will be credited back to your wallet within 24 hours

6. Return Shipping

For returns due to damage or wrong product, GAON NASP will arrange free pickup. For other returns, return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during the return process.

7. Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., opened packaging, signs of use), the return may be rejected and the item shipped back to you.

8. Marketplace Orders

For orders placed through the marketplace (farmer-to-buyer), returns are subject to the individual seller's return policy. GAON NASP will facilitate communication between buyer and seller.
