1. Delivery Areas

GAON NASP currently delivers to locations across Bihar, with primary coverage in:

• Gaya district (all blocks)
• Surrounding districts via partner logistics

Delivery availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address PIN code.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
• VLE Center Pickup: 1-3 business days (order delivered to nearest VLE center for pickup)
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in select areas, additional charges apply)

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 will incur a delivery charge as displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

Orders are fulfilled through:

• GAON NASP's own delivery network
• VLE center network for local distribution
• Third-party logistics partners for wider reach

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order status through your GAON NASP dashboard. Notifications are sent via SMS and in-app alerts at key stages: order confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order may be returned and a refund initiated as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (agricultural inputs in large quantities), delivery timelines and logistics will be coordinated by our operations team. Contact us for bulk order enquiries.
