These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GAON NASP platform operated by Bharat Gaon Agrisustain India Private Limited. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. GAON NASP shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

3. Platform Services

GAON NASP provides an agricultural marketplace platform that facilitates:

• Purchase and sale of agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
• Procurement of farm produce from farmers
• Marketplace for direct farmer-to-buyer transactions
• Agricultural service bookings
• Online and offline auctions for farm produce
• Point of Sale (POS) transactions through VLE centers

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information about products or services
• Manipulate prices or engage in fraudulent transactions
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on the GAON NASP Platform are the intellectual property of Bharat Gaon Agrisustain India Private Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Product Listings

GAON NASP acts as a marketplace facilitator. We endeavour to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, but do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

7. Limitation of Liability

GAON NASP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of crops, produce, or agricultural yields
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure
• Third-party actions including delivery partner delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gaya, Bihar, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English or Hindi.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gaya, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
